We (Timesnano) are a professional carbon nanotubes (CNTs) manufacturer and the exclusive CNTs provider in Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Since 1996, we have been committing to CNTs synthesis and application research, and begun to commercialize CNTs in 2003. Now, we could provide hundred kinds of CNTs related products. Our equipment can produce 50kg/a Single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNT) with purity>90% and 20T/a Multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNT) with OD 20-30nm, purity>95%, and these products have earned good reputation in worldwide.
We belong to Chengdu Organic Chemicals Co. Ltd., Chinese Academy of Sciences(COCC). Supported by the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (No. 2002AA302615, 863 Program), the National Basic Research Program of China (Grand No. 2006CB932703), the key items of Knowledge Innovation Program of CAS (Crand No. KJCX1-06-04 and KJCX2-YW-M01) and the President Foundation of the CAS, We have published about 60 papers and filed 33 patents. Our invented moving-bed catalysis technology for CNTs continuous production can produce CNTs with high purity, low cost and consistent quality.
